Existenze

Growing up I have watched a lot of movies, but I'd have to say, none of them have been as weird as Existenze. It was not a movie that I would have rented or paid to watch, but after watching it I felt that it sent me a pretty good message. I believe this movie was made because it is trying to send us a message of how this world or should I say this nation, is getting overran by video games. While watching this movie, there was one thing that I saw that reminded me of something I do while playing video games.
This movie is about people connecting their bodies to a virtual reality game, that leaves their real life bodies completely vulnerable. This can easily be compared to my gaming experience. There are times that I am so into a game that someone can be talking to me right in front of my face and I will not respond. I will be so into a game, that an emergency can happen, and I will not react until it has been happening for a while. This is something that I have to stop doing, before it gets too late. I get too addicted to games and it can only get worse.
